Video Teleconferencing:  
This is a great way to do follow up care for your pet and/or to be part of the examination process if you see us for curb-side service.  You can download the Ring Central App from any number of providers. We’ll send an email to your phone or computer inviting you to join the meeting when its time for your appointment.  If you don’t already have the app – don’t worry the email will contain links to follow so that you can get yourself set up for the conference.

Hospital Hours: We have temporarily changed the Hospital Hours to ensure our team stays healthy to take care of your needs. Starting Monday April 13th we are now open Monday to Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Thursdays we open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Please continue to check our website and Facebook for any further updates and please give us a call to see what we can do to accommodate your schedule.


As Nova Scotia continues to experience increased numbers of COVID 19 cases, we are reimplementing our closed-door policy.

In order to keep our staff and clients safe, effective Thursday November 26th our doors will be closed to the public.

For Food and Prescriptions: Please order medication refills and food 24 hours in advance by either email or phone. When you arrive at the clinic to pick-up your order, please call us and one of our team members will meet you at the front door. We ask that you please pay over the phone via credit card when possible or via e-transfer. You can also purchase items via our ONLINE STORE

For Scheduled Appointments: Once arriving at the clinic for a scheduled appointment please call so we know you are here. We will obtain your cell phone number, and then one of our team members will call you for a brief history. One of our staff will come out to your car and get your pet to bring them in for their appointment. You will not be permitted into the building and asked to wait in your car in the parking lot for the entire appointment. The Doctor will call you after your pet’s exam.
