Service: Starting Monday February 1st, 2021 we will be allowing 1 adult into the practice along with your pet. If you come as a group or have someone who can't be left by themselves in a vehicle or outside - then we please ask that everyone remains outside and we will conduct the examination using teleconferencing or via phone as we have done for curbside service.
Hospital Hours: We have temporarily changed the Hospital Hours to ensure our team stays healthy to take care of your needs. Starting Monday April 13th we are now open Monday to Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Thursdays we open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Please continue to check our website and Facebook for any further updates and please give us a call to see what we can do to accommodate your schedule.
For Food and Prescriptions: Please order medication refills and food 24 hours in advance by either email or phone. When you arrive at the clinic to pick-up your order, please call us and one of our team members will meet you at the front door. We ask that you please pay over the phone via credit card when possible or via e-transfer. You can also purchase items via our ONLINE STORE

For Scheduled Appointments: Beginning Monday February 1st 2021: Once arriving at the clinic for a scheduled appointment please call so we know you are here. We will obtain your cell phone number, and then one of our team members will call you and escort you and your pet into the practice to begin the exam. We are only allowing 1 Adult in with a pet at this time.
