You can click on the Ring Central Icon to download the app

Hospital Hours: We have temporarily changed the Hospital Hours to ensure our team stays healthy to take care of your needs. Starting Monday April 13th we are now open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please continue to check our website and Facebook for any further updates and please give us a call to see what we can do to accommodate your schedule.

Services: We are providing curb-side service for essential care including:
  1) Necessary to preserve the life of a pet, as determined by a licensed Veterinarian;
  2) Necessary to treat serious pain that threatens the health and safety of a pet, as determined by a licensed Veterinarian;
  3) Necessary to humanely end a pet’s suffering, as determined by a licensed  Veterinarian; or,
  4) Necessary to treat or prevent the transmission of any infectious disease that can be transmitted between animals and human beings, as determined by a licensed   Veterinarian.

  This means that, when a pet’s life is in need of urgent intervention, we at Complete Care Hospital for Pets and other veterinarians are allowed to provide in clinic emergency & urgent patient care services. These services will be provided in a manner that enforces social distancing, and other precautions as outlined by many sources.  Currently we will not allow clients in the practice, keeping the door locked between pre-booked appointments, and will speak with you regarding your pet’s examination, & findings via phone/teleconference during the consultation. We ask that you please call us from your car when you arrive for your pet’s appointment. A veterinary technician/nurse will discuss your pet’s condition and what services we can provide. We will continue to discuss findings during the examination with both the Doctor and the nurse technician.  Once we’ve completed the medicine needed, we will review the services and get your credit card or payment information as well. We will then bring your pet to you along with any medications and your receipt as part of the curbside service. We very much appreciate the opportunity to care for your pet under this safe environment for everyone.
  Veterinary practices are still able to provide foods, & prescription medications – pending an active Veterinary/Client Relationship with the practice.  We have had with great success Video Teleconferencing as well as phone call related Telemedicine Services whenever possible for our clients.
  This situation can be expected to develop or change at any time, & we will try hard to update you as soon as we possibly can.
  If you have any questions regarding your pet’s medical care – please do not hesitate to call us 902 281 2273 or send an email to .
